Not for 3D printing, unless you have a metal printer. This is more for my own safe keeping than anything else. Wanted less weights on my diving weight belt so I made a negative mould for my own heavier (5 lbs, 1.5 kg) weight design. The design fits my thick (~3 mm) silicone rubber belt with a width of 50 mm. I had the mould CNC'ed from a solid aluminium block. I had a load of lead sinkers I dove out lying around so I melted those down using a bunsen burner and a jam tin (backwoods engineering style). Used a pair of locking pliers to pour the liquid lead. You can fill the mould partially if you want less weight or just thinner weights. I advise you attempt this outside, some fumes from the lead is certainly not healthy. Also, if possible, heat the mould before pouring as this will reduce "wrinkles". Last, but not least - attach a handle to it, preferably made from wood. PS. still diving with these years later, they don't slip or move around easily which is great. They are also not very bulky and sit close to your body so they don't get hooked on things much.
