5 individual whistle chambers make an eerie, low howl when dropped. needs at least 150ft to get up to speed. These can be scaled bigger or smaller. Weight is added into the center shaft through the tail and down to the nose. The more weight the better but make sure the center of gravity is towards the nose. Please only drop away from people and in a matter which doesent harm persons or property, be safe have fun.
