This is a Bus/Terminal Block I made for my CNC Stepper Drivers. Port holes are sized for 16AWG and smaller. Using (5qty) 6-32 x 8 or 9mm screws and nuts (nut cir dia of .100) Mounting holes are .150" dia with a counter bore of .270" dia, x .100" depth. The copper bus bar is made from a 14/2 (14 AWG) Solid Romex wire. Bent in a L shape and hammered flat. and cut to the lengths provided in the image.
