I needed a reel and didn't like what was available so I made my own. This is still a work in progress. Print the 5A and 5B files, don't try to download the view only version, that one is just for the viewer and will give you spaghetti after the first half reel prints. With the separate halves printed separately (unless you have a really big printer, it won't fit on most beds) and squeeze the pieces together, it should be a very tight fit, and fits only one way. This was generated from a homemade OpenSCAD "any size" parameterized script I intended for 7" reels but since I didn't see any 5" reels, I uploaded one. As far as I know this should match hub diameter of off the shelf standard 5" reels, if not, please let me know.
