In the state of PA, during certain times of the year, you can use a semi-auto shotgun. However, you can only have a maximum of 3 rounds loaded, including chambered. So I created this to limit my 5 round magazine to 2 rounds, to comply with the local laws. Figured someone else might find this useful. I've tested on my VEPR 12 (Saigas upgraded cousin), and it works just fine. I imagine it would be Saiga compatible too, since the magazines are ALMOST interchangeable. The groove in the bottom slides into the groove of the spring footer, and the unit goes inbetween the springs to the bottom of the Follower. It allows for 2 rounds, and a little bit of push down room, but not enough for a 3rd round to fit, but enough for it to rack and cycle correctly. I recommend hitting the bottom groove with some hot glue, to help keep it from coming loose and rattling around.
