Week 9 Challenge and Limitations The Ultimaker challenge was to design a puzzle and its packaging, strictly adhering to the constraints of Water and Reveal. I viewed "Water" as a timeless method since water is one of the original elements in our world. Puzzle boxes have been around for nearly two centuries. The parameter "reveal" meant that something would be exposed once the puzzle was solved. Upon completion, the interior compartment is revealed, exposing a cube-shaped pocket approximately 2 inches high, wide, and long. The box faces removed to solve the puzzle also serve as packaging for what's inside. SPOILER (Solution to the Puzzle): 1. Remove the small screw from the dimple on the box. 2. Pull straight out the side that housed the screw, removing it from the box. 3. Pull down on the left side of the screw panel; it should slide downwards. If nothing happens, try rotating the box. 4. Once these pieces are removed, slide the top panel out at a 45-degree angle. 5. The final step is to pull out the piece opposite the screw panel. This should reveal a hexagonal hole allowing access to the inner compartment.
