This is a prototype design while I'm playing with my 4 axis toolpaths. It is a properly sized 50 caliber projectile, bored out with a 5mm channel, containing ANNM (ammonium nitrate/nitromethane @ 50/50), a primer from a 5.56 rnd, a punch, and a plastic tip to detonate it. Some lock tight would be required to glue in then machine the plastic tip to a point again. The cuts are to assist with fragmentation upon impact, if they work or not I have no idea its simply for my toolchange and surface milling strategy testing. -This round may very well explode in your gun, don't try it.
