Used 500W Spindle Fan Upgrade by NikodemBartnik as a reference. Redesigned and added the outer ring for safer operation with the spindle motor. ~~No supports are needed to print this thing.~~ Have not tested at time of uploading, but will update once I have tested and installed the new fan assembly. v2.1 Adjusted model to similar dimensions of the existing fan on the spindle. Supports may be needed if using FDM. Resin printing didn't need it for me. v2.1.1 Installed fan to spindle as seen in picture with very little vibration. Highly recommended to print in Resin.
