5015 blower fan duct for Duet Smart Effector & Mosquito hotend

Hello, Here's my fan cooling system for a mosquito and a smart effector with a 5015 blower. The duct part is based on the 5015 fan duct from **RH_Dreambox**. He's made very cool flow simulations, the duct is a solid deisgn, I've barely modified this part, please check the original here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4217188 Update: - 10/02/2021 : STEP file added Hardware required: + 1x M3 25mm + nut + 2x M3 20mm +nuts Important notes: + The mosquito's mounting piece used is from 713maker.com coupled with the original sealing washer from the Smart Effector (Ive put the washer between the mosquito and the Smart Effector to avoid any scratching). I've replaced the metal M12 nut used to screw the mounting piece by a nylon one (bought on Ebay) which avoid scrapping on top of the Smart Effector and reduce weight ;-) ). **The overall offset from the top of the mosquito up to the bottom face of the Smart Effector is 5.4mm** (1.5mm for the washer and 2.9mm for the mounting piece) + The clearance between the bottom face of the duct and the tip of the nozzle is the same as the one from RH_Dreambox which is **~2mm (2.10mm)**. RH_Dreambox has done very cool flow simulations with those premises, so I've kept the original clearance and duct X/Y position. + There are 2 arms in the files, one named "6mm" and the other one named "8mm". Those references are the distances between the tip of the nozzle and the bottom face of the heatblock. Standard E3D nozzle once mounted on a mosquito got ~6mm from the tip to the bottom face of the heatblock, but I've also got nozzles with ~8mm offset. Mount your nozzle on the mosquito, pick a caliper and measure the distance between the tip of the nozzle and the bottom face of the heatblock and pick/print the corresponding arm. Additional notes: The model has been designed to be printed with an DLP/SLA printer because the heatblock is close to the duct and resin is more rigid. The clearance used between the assembling parts and holes (per radius) is 0.1mm. If printed with an FDM, I recommend to use 100% infill and high temp resistant plastic. You may also need to use a fine file on the assembling parts (where you use the M3 25mm screw) if your printer print fat corner or over 100% size to ensure that every part fit with the others as expected.
