Wheel parts of a caster wheel on a small filing drawer unit thing broke, attempting a repair... will update if it works, eventually. Similarish to Ikea Malm drawer unit. Dimension notes in the Wheel.scad file, variables can be changed to fit your needs. Uses pins.scad, but personally modified the modules to allow for $fn overrides (and different split gap on smaller, longer pins), since i want them smooth-ish spinning yet attached very well. This cabinet doesn't move too often, so just having the wheel there to allow it to balance is the key for me. Instructions Files: Pin5.stl & Pin5.scad Final version of the pin, needed some trimming still to work, but overall worked very well. Print as dense as possible... I did 50% since my printer fails on 100% too often Really, I'd suggest find a metal bolt that you could use if you need real durability. Wheel.stl & Wheel.scad Final version of the wheel, worked great. Printed with 50% cura fill, and supports that needed to be cleaned off (wanted the curved part to be as smooth as possible) Wheel.failV1.scad Original version, forgot to change the pin size from default... total fail Pin.scad & Pin.stl ORIGINAL VERSION, failure, not enough flex, too big. V1Correction.scad Fix for "Wheel.failV1.scad", fill the gap from the default radius (4mm) to the actual radius (5.75/2mm)
