Basic fan mount adaptor to downsize a 50mm fan to a 40mm fitting. Mount holes may not be precise and may need drilling slightly, but they should be OK for their purpose. EDIT - Updated file added, bolts were too close on old design. Bear in mind this new design will need supports or a fan to print properly. Instructions Made in Sketchup and exported as STL. Tested with Slic3r and Kisslicer.
