50mm water line repair

This plastic water line had an OD of 50mm for a hose in the garden. When it was hit with a shovel, I decided the repair was simpler w the printer than sourcing the "correct" fittings or digging it all up. I learned the limits of captivated nuts when I actually burned one through. I used epoxy on the inside of the fitting (I believe it's PEX and epoxy won't stick, but it still fills the slice) and the small screws to "tack" it in place while I cranked down on the large clamp with wrenches. The multiple files helps the print orientation to maximize structure. Some parts I did 100% infill for that reason. Hope you don't need this part! :) But in theory it could scale to multiple sizes Print w the largest nozzle you can for max strength (speed too) and I use 3-4 line wall thickness
