I recently acquired a Breville Dual Temp Pro (not sponsored) and in my search for the perfect espresso, I decided that the standard tamper that came with the machine wasn't good enough. I won't get into the minutia of making espresso, but as a beginner getting a flat 90 degree tamp can be difficult. Similar products exist in 58 mm but the Breville uses 53mm portafilters so I had to make my own as I couldn't buy/find one. This tamper has a slot for an M3 nut and bolt that are used to lock the rotating parts in place so they don't get moved during the tamping process. All the parts were designed with a 0.013 in tolerance which is pretty tight. If a higher tolerance model is needed just let me know. Also make sure your print bed is leveled nicely so coffee doesn't get inbetween the layer lines on the first layer. I didn't bother orienting the .stl file properly (seperating meshes, putting the correct surface to the bed). If that's a problem just let me know and I'll fix it, but the circles with the largest surface area should be flat to the bed.
