This is a housing for cheap 5A MPPT solar charger/converter. These modules are sold without housing on ebay, aliexepress etc. for a couple of bucks. You can either glue sockets for input and output into the sides or just use cables without sockets. The LED display becomes a lot more readable after you stick some red transparent tape to it.
