<p>I have a drill-powered pump (I use <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Milescraft-1314-DrillPump750-Priming-Transfer/dp/B00F1ZJG5E">this one</a>) that I use occasionally around the house, like for pumping out the French drains to try and help dry out the lawn. I wanted to put a filter of some sort over it so it wouldn't suck up large debris. This pushes over the end and stays using friction. The hose I use is around 19.3mm OD, but you can modify the FreeCAD file if you'd like to tweak it for your own hose, or you could even just scale the whole model to fit your hose and forgo CAD altogether.</p><p> </p><p>Added a version with 8 holes (the original had 10 holes) to make it a little more robust after the first one broke after a couple of weeks of use.</p>
