It is a modified 5x7 technic hub with fitment holes for 685zz bearings. I made it to be especially used with differentials. Depending on your printer, you might be able to print it without support material. There is no need for glue; the bearings are press-fit in their holes. On Ender 3 v2 and with the standard Ender 3 v2 config in Cura, I would recommend enabling horizontal expansion with a value of -0.07; but your mileage may vary.
