This fancy-dressed fellow is The Lord of the Undead, a terrible undead necromancer for 28mm-scale wargames (actual size, 64mm to the top of the crown.) It comes pre-supported, but if someone wants to use the unsupported version, I recommend rotating it -15º on the X axis and 5-10º on the Y, as many parts (especially the links of the chains) have been sculpted at an angle to reduce the number of supports needed. Printing Tips With that said, due to the complexity of the miniature, it does have a high number of supports, but with a little patience and care, they can be removed. Start at the periphery (the staff and the sword,) and then move towards the main body, and leave the supports at the hem of the robe and those attached to the boots for the end. For this miniature, I also recommend cutting some supports at the base or midpoint (i.e., not just at the point of contact,) since the shafts might get in the way. Naturally, I'd advise against trying to rip them off with your fingers. While it may look weak, the chain is actually very sturdy and most of it is fused to the clothes. The only weak point you might need to pay more attention when removing the supports is the hilt of the sword, especially the downward-pointing "horns" and the pommel, as they are relatively small. Painting Tips The painted figure in the pictures is actually a prototype, the final one is the unpainted one, which is almost identical except for a longer robe at the back. The sword arm has been rotated a bit too, so the chest and inner arm area are more open and easier to paint. There's nothing unique about this miniature but painting the chains may give you some trouble. So, before you start painting the robes, I recommend a generous wash for the shaded and dark areas of the chain, which you will definitely not want to paint after the robe. That might be useful for the crown, too.
