6 inch glove port for Still Air Box

This is a fairly easily printed, adapter port for putting 6inch gloves, into a 6 inch hole, in the side of a box of some sort. The "ring" goes on the inside of the box, and the "tapered" extension, is what you will ziptie/tie-wrap the glove to. It has a taper to help "encourage" it to not slip off, without needing excessive tightness. (It's a fairly beefy weight, I used heavy zip-ties, and pliers to tighten them, and I heard no crackling from the PLA) I would advise printing with 0.2mm layer heights, simply becuase all the "spacing" for the hardware is divisible by 0.2mm. And for strength, thicker is better. (With there being only 2 parts, in a worst case, if you used 0.3mm layer height, your going to be 0.2mm thick or thin, regarding bolt length, so you should be fine, but it was designed with 0.2mm in mind. It does require some basic hardware, but I have kept it to a minimum. Each "port" will need, 6 m3x10mm screws, and 6 m3 nuts. using the m10 screws, it is designed with a 2mm thick "tote" in mind, to keep the hardware "flush" and not damaging your gloves. If your tote is thicker, you will likely need longer screws.
