6" Rack Enclosure, Hifi Berry DAC+ Raspberry Pi 3 Model B

thingiverse

This is a rack enclosure for a Raspberry Pi with a HifiBerry DAC+ that will fit into [KronBjorn's](https://www.thingiverse.com/KronBjorn/about) amazing [6" Rack Enclosure](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1936196). It's designed to keep the Raspberry Pi with the standard mount of the HifiBerry DAC+ in place: additional space on the bottom for the factory nylon screws, slighty higher holes for usb/ ethernet on the back to reflect the additional height by the factory nuts. The board isn't fixed by any screws, so two additional "holders" on the lid keep it in position. A rather big hole on the side allows connection to the audio ports: my current best compromise after some prototypes and tries with angulated adapters. I didn't had any 3mm filament for the optical fibre, so a printable fibre is included also, printing this as single item, laying flat on the bed works good, optical transmission is only "okay". Maybe you need to cut it slighty. Files could be found also on https://github.com/aschiweck/SixInchRack
