This is simply just a "4U" patch panel for the 6" rack systems that I have seen on thingiverse. I used these couplers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KK5CSJY/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_lQlSEbB63RPP4 but any RJ45 coupler should work fine.
