NOTICE: PLEASE MAKE SURE OF YOUR POLARITY. An 8 pin EPS motherboard auxiliary power plug is reverse polarity from a PCIE 8 pin. PCI Express will have ground on the clip side of the plug, EPS will have +12v on the clip side. You can use either one, but make sure to wire your RAMPS up appropriately, and a label probably wouldn't hurt. Remixed the case to mount an 80mm fan and 2 or 3 TL smoothers on the lid. Not sure if the 3x smoother lid will clear the LCD or not. Also not sure how the plugs in the rear will clear. >►01/17 - Added an extended version. This one is 155mm long, much more room behind the 80mm fan. Also added a 4x smoother lid. >►01/18 - Added Two rear panels. Both five hole GX16 with a hole for a panel mount PCIE 8 pin connector to power everything. These 8 pin connectors carry 3x-4x 7.0-9.0A 12v legs, should be enough for most printers I think. Dimensions for hole are from Molex, slight filing may be required but likely not. >Added four more back plates with the Power in slot labeled for either PCIE or EPS respectively. Keeps one from forgetting how they wired it. Technically PCIE and EPS are keyed different, but they're similar enough to warrant care when messing with them. Two of the backplates have the barrel jack of the Arduino covered up. Here's a little more reading on the PC power cables: http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#eps8 Here's the connectors I ordered from the slowboat: 30 Pcs 4.2mm 8P 8 Pin Female Power Connector For PC Computer CPU Plastic Shell https://ebay.us/p5gexM From the pictures they're EPS connectors, but I won't know whether that's what they sent until I get them in my hands.
