Drew this in Fusion 360, its a copy of the Safe Jacks 6 Ton Extension Screw Collar to put on a 6 Ton Bottle Jack. This allows you to custom make jack extensions to your bottle jack. The file is for 1/2 the collar, you will need to print 2. The extensions should be made from 1.5" .120 wall DOM. Add a oring to the outside to hold the collar on your bottle jack. 30mm (OD) 1" (OD) Print at .28 with supports.
