Carefully cut the spools from the sprue - nail clippers work for that. Suitable for SLS printing. For a MakerBot-compatible spool, see the 2-piece version by ComradeQuiche. The photo shows a standard 120 roll, a 120 roll re-spooled on a 620 spool, and an empty 620 spool. The 620 spools were printed by Shapeways in 'black, strong, flexible' plastic.
