I made this plate to mount a 60 mm fan over a 4 inch (101.6 mm) vent opening on the top of my enclosure, so I had no problem mounting the plate, as the fan bolts had nothing on the other side to bump against. I ended up drilling the plate mounting holes a bit wider to fit some spare screws I had. ** Although the fan holes are to spec for the 60 mm mount, the plate holes are just centered 7mm from both edges, so you may want to move them or make them bigger to meet your needs. **
