Just a nice simple flat plastic cap that fits 608 bearings. Check out my curved cap for a nice grip and premium feel:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2246087 Read the bearing to see what type it is There are 3 files posted, 608ZRS, 608zz, 6082RS. The 6082RS has the smallest diameter at .319 inches The 608ZRS is at .32 inches The 608ZZ is at .325 inches In other words, if your cap falls out or is not a tight fit, go the next size up. If it is too big, drop down. If you can, use a rubber mallet to help tap them in to firmly secure them. Print Settings Printer: Afinia H800 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 50%-100% Notes: Print Settings, is mostly just you, knowing your printer. You can choose what you want. I print mine at 0.15 resolution with only 50% infill, but some people choose 100%
