608 Bearing Pulley w/ Axle

I wanted to make a 608 bearing pulley that didn't require hardware other than the bearing. I have not done any testing other than lift a full paint can. The axle fit is tight, hopefully the shear strength can carry the loads. Let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement! Update 12/11/2019: Added a 2 wheel block, a new 1 wheel block with tie off point, and an extra long axle for the 2 wheel block!!!
