Very simple printable guide for a 608zz bearing. Idea is that the gt2 belt ( or whatever ) just wedges into the grove of 2 of these guys. Intended to be very thin and just enough to let the belt have something to keep it from slipping around. I added just a tiny bit of fudge - no need for tight tolerance here imo! Tweaked the original design a bit, added a v2. I found that with the original spacing the 608 was just a little too loose on the bearing so now its exact. Its a tight fit, but even in PLA I was able to get the bearing on. Also found that I needed a total of 9mm so I created one at 5.5 and one at 3.5. Also made the ridge just a little taller ( well, technically the diameter of the cylinder smaller ;) ) I made a slightly different version of my idler guide. I wanted to play with using a 625 instead of a 608. The OD is 16, so using this on my openbeam printer should result in a better fit and not rub on the upper rail as its doing now. I kinda hacked the parameterization. I generated a few arrays and just pick one, then the rest is or should be done for you. I have yet to print the parameterized version so use at your own risk ;) Instructions slice it, hit print. I chose 10% infill but probably could have just used 0 as the diameter of this part is so small there won't be infill! You need two for a complete cover. The height will be the same as the 608
