After almost two years, to the day - a curious coincidence - I chose to revisit my fan adapters and redesign them from scratch, ensuring I would be including the source code, thus making it simpler for users to modify it according to their wishes. I also strengthened the walls slightly to improve print quality and changed to a revolved extrude and cut technique, which allows users to create even thicker walls or customize angles as needed. These adapters serve a specific purpose: converting different-sized fans (25mm thick) to fit 60mm x 10mm fan connectors, resulting in significantly decreased noise levels and sound pressure while producing more CFM than a 40mm fan could ever achieve. The extra tall versions (30mm taller) for the 120mm, 92mm, and 80mm fan mounts enhance airflow by providing additional space. When using the source code, users can easily adjust the throat length by modifying the "Throat Length Here" feature without relying on complex equations. I intentionally kept it simple to allow for effortless adjustments. **Instructions** This project requires specific screws: 3mm x 15mm fan mount screws for the 40mm side and 4.5mm x 30mm screws for the 120mm fan connection (four of each type), along with 4mm x 30mm screws for other fan connections. Mounting fans must be 25mm or have their length adjusted accordingly using the four screws. It is crucial to use heavy infill for this project, especially due to its weight, and I highly recommend setting it between 50% and 75% for maximum strength and stability.
