I am uploading this in stead of emailing it to myself, print at you own risk i have not had the chance to print or test this yet and it might still need a lot of tweaking to get right, this is my first go at this item. With that said this is meant to replace leaner bearings on a prusa I3 the holes are lined lined up the same as the metal housed leaner bearings and i tried to mach the size as close as possible. uploading the latest rendition of the bearing and have not printed yet to see if it will work better. ok, after a print and test fit i found that the first and second rendition are a little large for a M8UU shaft so the third revision I have reduced the diameter and hopefully it will fit better, I will know more after i print the third Rev and test fit it. the first two should fit a 8mm shaft the third revisions will fit a 7.7mm shaft witch is closer to the M8UU shaft my printer rides on. hardware used: 4 x 4mm bolts 4 x 4mm nuts 3 x 5mm bolts 3 x 5mm nuts 3 x Bearings 625ZZ 16 x 5 x 5mm this is the hardware used for one bearing assembly How I Designed This I thought, "I want a bearing that works better and glides smoother" so I made one, as simple as that.
