What you see before you is an actual 626 bearing. Is it functional? Yes. But remember what you're printing it out of. For my needs, essentially that I have a 626 shaped object to complete a design, it will work. For your needs? Who knows. But here it is. Dimensionally. It has a height of 6mm, an outer diameter (OD) of 19mm, and an inner diameter (ID) of 6mm. The "balls" in the bearing are 4.7mm, although in my printouts case they're more oblong than perfectly spherical. I needed to do a bit of cleanout and cleanup on the bottom of the balls and separate them with a pick before they unstuck. But un-stick they did and it currently rotates one race around the other. I imagine it would be more functional if you printed it on a nozzle smaller than .4mm and used a soluble infill which you then dissolved. I recommend doing that rather than printing with supports and a .4mm nozzle. Which is what I did.
