This is a remix of spiessas box for 5 MAX7219 dot matrix modules. As I have already built a FabInfo designed by the FabLab Bayreuth with a lasercut wood housing I needed another case for my second FabInfo Matrix display consisting out of 8 dot matrix modules (actually 2 times 4). So I redesigned spiessas design with freecad and figured out, that my design was too large for my built plate. So I cut it in halves and will glue it togehter. So far, the modules fit perfectly. After glueing the backpanel together I strengthened it by applying a stick of ice cream. Used spray filler and primer before applying spray colour. This was the first time I did that, that's why there are some things to improve. Beware that there seem to be slightly different sizes of modules sold, which caused some troubles during Arduino Day at the FabLab Bayreuth and might do so with this design!
