65mm Spindle Mount for MPCNC Primo J

This is a 65mm spindle mount & vacuum nozzle for the MPCNC Primo J. I started with the original Burly mount cross section, and beefed up where it attaches to the z tubes. I made an adjustable height vacuum attachment for it, that bolts to the front with 2x M3 screws and captive nuts and has a 30degree angled brush mount that takes #4 self tapping screws. The mount is also compatible with a z-max switch if used. I printed mine in PLA, but you may need PETG or similar if it will see higher temperatures. The mount bolts on the Primo z axis using the same hardware and holes as the stock mount. The clamp nose uses 2 more of the same M8 bolts and nylock nuts to secure the router in place. The vac attachment has rather sharp overhangs near the bottom ends of the air passage way. So I printed it using >60degree build plate only supports to keep this area smooth. There are 6@ M3 sized holes on the nose for a vacuum attachment and future use. The vac attachment is designed to use just the top 2 holes, which are larger and have slots to insert M3 nuts. You can screw on whatever skirting material you prefer to use around the skirt; I made my brush with window screen, heavy automotive weatherstrip adhesive, and bristles I cutoff from a fancy push boom. [edit: Thingiverse admins... what's up with the 3d view for the mount looking like the vacuum?]
