First off, let me please ask that if you like these designs and find them useful please do like, follow and share my content. And if you have any ideas or concepts to modify the content I would love to hear! Update: The 67mm wheel uses 4mm bolts throughout. I also widened the hub, increased the size of the rollers and improved the threaded hub insert for both wheel sizes. I recommend printing the 67mm wheel prior to trying the smaller wheel. It would be great to see what would be capable with a SLA/DLP resin type printer. I envisage some neat variants of the main body to reduce material usage. In the works is a two part roller that can be printed in two materials ( eg. plastic and ninja flex) in order to produce a solid roller body with an outer that would have greater grip. I have removed the "work in progress" tag, though more updates will come :) These are omnidirectional wheels produced for robotics projects. They are designed to have the rollers mounted via M4 x 40mm bolts and the hub has been produced so that different shafts can be accommodated while not changing the overall design. These are a work in progress, and are still being optimised for FDM printing. They are currently suitable for high-res FDM/FFM type printers and SLS/SLA/SLM/DLP type printers. Ideally I would like to have these work well while printing on a standard FDM/FFM printer operated by a user with minimal skills.
