6mm Air Line Trimming Square

This is a simple cutting template for 6mm tubing - in my case, the hoses for Range Rover EAS (air suspension). Thanks to some o-rings starting to leak on one corner, and with the cold nights causing the springs to shrink a lot overnight I wanted to add some T-pieces between the air distributor block and each of the 4 springs with Schrader valves on the branches, so I could top up any or all of the springs with a standard tyre inflator when necessary. The short lengths of pipe needed to have absolutely square ends to keep good seals, so a cutting guide was required. There are loads of 4mm PTFE tube cutting guides but EAS air lines are 6mm and it was easier to simply knock up something quick in Fusion than mod an existing part, and this is the result. I had to drill a tiny amount out of the hole with a 6mm HSS bit as my settings are for strength above exact dimension, but then it was a snug fit perfect for exact alignment. The blade slot is 0.5mm - just enough for a small snap-off blade to go through dead on 90° across the tube.
