6mm Bit Mini Reversible Ratchet Screwdriver

This is a remix of Kyle's remix of LoboCNC's 15-in-1 Reversible-Ratchet Mini Driver, that uses 6mm bits. 100% printed parts (bits excluded obviously).

I redesigned the handle. Now the bits are held in with a pressure fit (the holes get smaller at the top), and can be removed by sliding them down with your thumb. The handle is also slightly larger, to stop the bits from poking out on the sides.

The new bit retention design means there is no need for a screw cap at the back, so you will only need the collar to keep the screwdriver together. The bits should be stored with the tip pointing down, or they will not stay in. Double ended bits won't work.

The new collar is hexagonal to allow the bits to slide out, since they are now closer to the core. The collar might still interfere with the bits when you slide them in and out, because it spins with the ratchet, in which case you just need to spin the ratchet (should be 2 clicks max) until the bit has more space to move.

Both the handle and the collar rely on decent tolerances to work correctly, so you might need to play around with scale or use a bit of sandpaper. The holders in the handle in particular could be tight at their entrance, since they're printed on the bed and will therefore be susceptible to elephant's foot.

Printed at .2 layer height with a .4 nozzle. Assembly works just like outlined in LoboCNC's post, you will just skip the screwcap.
