Plug to attach some string to the end of some bungee cord. This is sized to connect to 6mm OD (4mm ID) bungee tubing. The same size of surgical tubing would also work. Post-Printing Remove support, slide string in and tie a knot. Then slide the plug into the 6mm OD bungee, and put a small (2.5mm) cable tie around it. This can hold the full tension of the bungee.
