The Mauler initially appeared in the Draconis Combine Mustered Solidarity (DCMS) as the Daboku in the War of 3039. Being deemed a failure do to a notorious design error which caused the pilot eject to activate when the mech was hit in the lower center torso, the mech wouldn't see much combat until 3049 when an updated model was released as the Mauler, in order to avoid the stigma and shame of the Daboku. This 90 ton assault mech is perfect for your Draconis Combine or FedCom themed unit during the Late Succession wars or Clan Invasion.
