6mm OD PTFE Teflon Filament Tube Couplers / Joiners - Angled 30 + 45 Degrees

Here are curved filament tube couplers which can join two 6mm OD PTFE/Teflon filament tubes at a 30 or 45 degree angle. The filament tubes press fit into the coupler and should fit quite snug without deformation. The tubes insert ~12-14mm into each side for a good fit. Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 30% Notes: No support required but print with cooling fan on at 60% from start or starting from 10th layer to ensure proper rounding of the interior. Printed in ABS with 3 shell layers, 7 top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was 30% and layer height 0.12mm. I printed these at 0.2mm to test and they didn't come out rounded enough and required sanding. Resolution 0.12mm produced a perfect part first time with no sanding required.
