material - PLA Print Settings Printer: Colido Printrite diy 3d printer (ramps 1.4) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: use brim of 5mm minimum as blades obviously dont have a big enough footprint for solid bed adhesion otherwise. suggest setting extruder temp near to your filaments advised upper thermal limit as theres very little chance of "stringing" with these designs during printing and you really want to maximize layer bond. additional notes:16/5/2016: unlike my 5x3 bullnose design these will need minor balancing to get the best performance, Id recommend using a craft knife/stanley blade to remove tiny slivers off the rear edges of the blades till you achieve a decent balance, avoid trying to use the usual method of tape as you'll find very few types will adhere well to PLA and the pieces of balancing tape will inevitably fall off during flight..
