7.2V 2x18650 battery pack replacement for BT-62Q / BT-66Q. Battery charger: BC-30 / BC-30D This model is intended for field use; it's easy to replace batteries if failure occurs. It uses a HX-2S-01 protection board. The connections must be done as shown in the following schematic. ![alt text](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/59/19/22/b4/77/featured_preview_6.jpg) It has a HY2120 controller: the + pole of the battery and + output are shorted together and only protects the - pole of the battery from the - output. ![alt text](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/08/41/ac/3c/d6/featured_preview_7.jpg) Note: It's necessary to charge the final pack for a moment to activate the protection circuit! Otherwhise, the output will be opened (0V measure) (The protection circuit can also be activated if the negative output of the protection and the most negative pole of the battery series are shorted together) The battery springs and contacts are generic. They are glued to the case. The bottom and top case are also glued together. (I would like to make some small clips in the case so the glue can be avoided, but the space to fit the battery pack is really restrictive) Hope you find it useful!
