7.3L Engine Sensor Break Out Box Injector Cut-out

Lid for a Hammond ABS Project box to create test points and use AT style computer switches to interrupt the injector wiring harness on a 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel. Connects to the 42 pin connector on the Drivers Valve cover bracket. You will need some chassis mount bananna jacks and procure a donor harness, ideally from a junkyard truck. Get as much of the donor harness as you on both ends to save yourself from a splicing a lot of wires. I turned the ends around and spliced the wires by soldering them directly to the banna jack terminals. If you Google search for "42 pin connector 7.3L" you will find pleanty of info on the wiring colors. The sensors diagram snipped as part of this archive is also out there in higher res if you look. Print good side down and then clear coat and paint fill the letters so that they are legible. Button should be a snug fit on the switch posts. Swtiches are latching type, so depressing them break ALL contact until you unlatch it.
