Test your 7.3L Powerstoke UVCH wiring with ease. Unplug the UVCH harness at the valve cover and plug this in to get a convenient test point / break-out-box. Box dimensions are 110mm x 80mm x ~45mm. Instead of using a store bought ABS project box and drilling holes, I modeled and printed one based one that I already had used for something else and added the lettering and holes. Depending on which side of the engine you are on, you are looking at cylinders 1/3/5/7 or 2/4/6/8. You will have to use a seperate isolated ground for checking the glow plugs. The COM in the injector wiring section is actully the high voltage supply wire and the individual injector wires are actually the ground wires to the injectors. See the attached wiring schematic for location. Items used: Any UVC Gasket repair harness will work, I bought an APDTY 015299 UVC Pigtail from online sources, some chassis mount banana plug sockets and some miscellanious screws, 1/4" terminal ends, 3/8" rubber grommet (1/2" hole) and zip ties that I had. The holes are snug 8mm for the post busings to fit in. Install the grommet before you fish your wires through and BEFORE you crimp your terminals on. EDIT: the wires on the repair pigtail are on the short side. I ended up spicing them longer to get the box into a more reasonable location. The box makes working on your truck solo much easier and stress free. YMMV.
