7 Core wire rope in Solid edge ST4

Was trying to produce a more detailed, accurate image of wire rope instead of using just a cylinder extrusion to represent it, couldn't find a complete tutorial online for solid edge, mainly solid works, applied the same principles to achieve these results, though massively slow due to the processing required, so not majorly practical, the long loop comes in at 18 Meg for the part file.
