I bought a IKEA Besta when there wasn't a media/tv edition available. In order to get my cables through it I used a 70mm round drill. However that is a bit wide, so I designed a cover for it which covers the whole, but leaves space for a small power connector. The whole is roughly 4,5cm wide and 2,5cm high. It is meant to be used for a 3mm thick back cover of the Besta. Feel free to remix or adapt. The .zip files should contain the obj files.
