Pretty simple... I rotate the Z 45º or 135º to print and just do a bunch at once. I was annoyed with the adapters I was finding as they were to go down and not up... this goes either way, it's just 25mm step. Update 2/13/17: Added .2mm bump in lower nut space so that the slicer generates bridging below the hole and should print much nicer.
