This is a 76mm follow focus gear for use with the Canon 16-35L II lens. Hardware needed: #8-32x3/4" Button Head Machine screw and nut. NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREW!! It only take a snug fit so it does not slip. Over tightening the screw will put excessive drag on the focus ring. This may fit other lenses and can actually flex open a few mm to accommodate larger sizes but would require a longer screw. I designed in a slot for the screw to accommodate for this.
