A 7mm Screw Grommet. 3mm center hole. Fits inside a 7mm square hole. 10mm shoulder. May need to print horizontally if using filament for optimal strength UPDATE 12/9/2020: I found insertion to be a little difficult because the "wide" part of the piece can't compress down to 7mm. I adjusted the design to fix this problem. Recommend using V2 of the design at this time. UPDATE 12/13/2020: I redesigned this after studying the OEM design of the Audi screw grommets. This is V3 and should be stronger than the original, would print horizontally with the slot in the vertical orientation.
