I wasn't happy with other options so I made my own, this uses only 14g of filament and costs less than 40 cents to print (depending on how you slice it.) It is designed to fit 5 or 6mm M3 screws that screw into the hole and self tap (I don't remove mine enough to need hex nuts). Intend on using it with double-sided tape but will include step file so you can modify for your needs! Included a design with a reinforced middle piece since when I printed it in PETG it has some flex to it. Print settings: Honestly, you can print this with anything so long as it is dimensionally correct. I printed mine with 0.2mm layer height with addnorth PETG.
