I made these parts for the corners of a frame for my Makerbot Rep2. I used scrap pieces of 8020 1000 series extrusions. I'm going to panel the sides and floor for storage. Instructions I made these with supports and a 15% infill. They came out good but I think I might tighten up the tolerance of the holes where the extrusions go into. I have them at .032" per side.
