If you have a Prusa Mini I recommend using my gcode, it has a colour change after about 10 minutes. The first colour is for the inside, the second should be black. I build the gcode from two gcode files, thats why the printer may show an error before printing but the file will print fine.

If you don't have a mini you can use the .3mf file just delete the bodys and create the first gcode then go back and delete just the inserts and ma

ke a second gcode. You can combine the gcodes in the editor(just delete the homing part - for better precision) or just start them after each other.

If you use the stl files you should flip them first (the insert part is on the top by default) and split them in two parts in the slicer. Now its the same as with the .3mf - delete the body first and make a gcode, then go back and delete the insert to create a second gcode. Use 0.15 as layer height because the inserts are designe to be 0.35mm high which is exactly two layers.

You need every piece 3 times in each of the 6 colours for a total of 108 pieces.

You need some kind of cloth bag for the game to draw the pieces from.

You can find the instructions for the game here: https://www.ultraboardgames.com/qwirkle/game-rules.php
